What this website collects
This static website does not contain its own contact form, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled later, this notice must be updated to explain the exact setup and any available opt-out.
If you call or email, the information you choose to share is received by the phone or email providers used by Moosie Manor.
Square bookings
When the Square booking link is enabled, selecting it opens Square's service. Square may collect the booking contact's name, email, phone number, selected service and payment information where relevant. Square processes that information under its own privacy terms and provides booking details to Moosie Manor.
Do not put health, allergy, medical, SEND or safeguarding information into a general booking note unless the provider has given you a specifically approved secure route.
Children's and enrolment information
Information needed to provide childcare—such as emergency contacts, health details, permissions and safeguarding records—should be collected separately, securely and only when necessary. The final owner-approved notice should explain the lawful basis, retention periods, sharing, security and family rights that apply to those records.
Your choices and questions
Contact Moosie Manor if you want to ask what information is held about you, correct it, request a copy or raise a privacy concern. Some childcare and safeguarding records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
